To ship your Laptop unit in for repair, United
Parcel Service (UPS) is the most popular method.
Secondary sources are US Mail and Federal Express.
Can't make it to the Post Office or UPS office
to ship your Laptop? Just email us at Fixit@LaptopRepair
and we'll arrange to have your unit picked up by UPS for $3.00
plus the cost of shipping.
However you send your unit, please be sure to
package it well in a box , large enough for extra packing
material around the unit. Wrap the unit in bubble wrap or
newspaper, then place as much additional packing material
as possible around the Laptop. We recommend to insure your
package for its replacement cost.
Please include your name, address, email and
a daytime phone number with every repair. Also include copy
of any email received from us regarding your repair.
You will be contacted with the exact cost of
repair after we have received your unit.
If you are sending your unit in pre-approved, after receiving
a estimate from us you can send a check or credit card information
along with the unit. Incase the estimate is higher than anticipated
then we will contact you for additional approval before depositing
your check or charging your credit card. All estimates are
free of charge.
If you wish to have your unit returned COD,
please allow for an additional $4.50 COD charge.
